How to go 'Poo' Free

Many of us who want to clean their hair use shampoos. However, it has been discovered that shampoo works as Detergent and strips the hair of all of its natural oils. So here are two methods that have been proven to work just as well as a shampoo and leave hair in a better condition over time And saves money.
Warning: some people have experience a period where their hair is oily near the root and dry near the ends. This only last a couple weeks, but if it bothers you to much try wearing your hair up and give your hair a real break without any heat as well. Also keep in mind neither of these methods will give you that lather you are use to with shampoo but keep going.

•Try this, massage baking soda into your hair and scalp. This absorbs oil and loosens the dead skin on the scalp. Rinse it thoroughly with water. In the initial stages the hair would be dry but after several weeks you would be dandruff free with smooth and shiny hair.

Counter act the baking soda with a apple cider vinegar or a lemon juice rinse.

•There is also only using a conditioner as a way to clean your hair. Keep in mind however that it must be a silicone-free conditioner so that it doesn't weigh your hair down. However, try and make it a cheap shampoo because in order to get your hair clean with this, you must use a large handful of it. Really scrub your hair with it then let it sit. Leave it their for the rest of your shower and then rinse.
